Job Title: Sales Head – Project Acquisition (Fire Fighting & Fire Protection Systems)

Job Summary
The Sales Head will be responsible for identifying, developing, and acquiring new construction projects for Fire Fighting, Fire Alarm, and Fire Protection System installations. The role involves building relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, PMC firms, contractors, and industrial clients to secure project opportunities and drive business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Acquisition & Business Development
- Identify upcoming residential, commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
- Generate leads and secure Fire Fighting System installation opportunities.
- Establish relationships with builders, developers, architects, consultants, PMC firms, and EPC contractors.
- Conduct regular site visits and client meetings to understand project requirements.
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Develop strategies to increase market share and project pipeline.
- Convert inquiries into confirmed project orders.
- Negotiate commercial terms and finalize contracts.
Market Intelligence
- Track new building approvals, construction activities, and upcoming projects.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Identify new business opportunities across target sectors.
Tender & Proposal Management
- Coordinate with estimation and design teams for techno-commercial proposals.
- Review tender documents and project specifications.
- Participate in technical and commercial discussions with clients.
Relationship Management
- Maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the construction industry.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and generate repeat business.
- Develop strategic partnerships with consultants and channel partners.
Reporting & Coordination
- Maintain sales pipeline and project tracking reports.
- Coordinate with design, execution, procurement, and accounts teams.
- Provide regular business forecasts and MIS reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA (Sales & Marketing) preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Project Sales or Business Development.
- Experience in Fire Fighting, MEP, Construction, Building Materials, HVAC, or Infrastructure industry preferred.
Key Skills
- Strong network with builders, developers, consultants, and contractors.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Knowledge of Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Alarm Systems, Hydrant, Sprinkler, and Suppression Systems.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to identify and convert project opportunities into business.
