The Plumber will be responsible for handling plumbing-related work across head office and site locations, ensuring smooth functioning of systems during possession and post-possession stages.
Support plumbing work during flat, office, and shop possession
Handle customer complaints related to plumbing after possession
Assist in maintenance of common area plumbing systems (water tanks, STP, pipelines)
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, fittings, and valves
Detect and fix leaks, blockages, and pipe damages
Coordinate with civil and maintenance teams at site
Follow all safety standards and site regulations
Basic knowledge of plumbing tools and equipment
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
Prior experience in residential or commercial projects preferred

Minimum 10th Pass (SSC) or equivalent
ITI Certificate in Plumbing (preferred)
Certification in plumbing, pipe fitting, or sanitary work is an added advantage
