Role Overview We are seeking a skilled, self-driven, and accountable Full Stack Developer capable of independently handling end-to-end development across multiple projects.
The role involves:
- Frontend development using React.js and Tailwind CSS
- Backend API development using Node.js and Express
- Database design and management using PostgreSQL
- Third-party API integrations
- Deployment and server management
- Cross-functional collaboration with design and marketing teams
This position is ideal for someone who takes ownership of features, delivers with consistency, and can manage multiple project timelines without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities
1. Frontend Development
- Build responsive, pixel-accurate UIs using React.js and Tailwind CSS
- Convert designs or wireframes into functional interfaces
- Ensure cross-browser and mobile compatibility
- Maintain component structure and code reusability
2. Backend Development
- Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js and Express
- Implement business logic, middleware, and error handling
- Manage authentication and session flows
- Ensure API security and performance
3. Database Management
- Design relational schemas using PostgreSQL or MySQL
- Write efficient queries, handle migrations and indexing
- Maintain data integrity across modules
4. API Integrations
- Integrate payment gateways, messaging services, and cloud storage APIs
- Handle webhooks, callbacks, and third-party authentication flows
- Document integrations clearly for team reference
5. Deployment & Server Management
- Deploy applications on Linux-based VPS environments
- Configure Nginx, PM2, SSL certificates
- Monitor uptime, handle basic server troubleshooting
6. Code Quality & Collaboration
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-commented code
- Use Git for version control — commits, branching, pull requests
- Collaborate with the team on project requirements and timelines
- Participate in internal reviews and deliver on deadlines
Required Skills & Competencies
Mandatory
- 1–3 years of hands-on full stack development experience
- Strong in React.js — hooks, state management, routing, API calls
- Proficient in Node.js and Express — REST API design and middleware
- Comfortable with PostgreSQL or MySQL — schemas, queries, joins
- Experience integrating at least one third-party API
- Git proficiency — branching, commits, pull requests
- Has a GitHub profile or at least one live/deployed project to demonstrate
Preferred
- Linux server deployment experience (Nginx, PM2, SSL)
- Familiarity with cloud storage or CDN services
- Exposure to WhatsApp Business API or messaging integrations
- Prior experience handling multiple projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines
