At Benne, the Captain keeps the floor running smoothly, ensuring guests are served quickly, correctly, and with care. You’re the link between the kitchen, the counter, and the team.
- Order Accuracy – Double-check order entries, coordinate with the kitchen team, and ensure correct items are handed over with no delays.
- Hygiene & Standards – Maintain cleanliness at counters, self-service stations, and guest seating areas throughout shifts.
- Team Supervision – Guide and support the counter staff and floor runners, ensuring speed, accuracy, and smooth coordination with the kitchen.
- Guest Interaction – Greet guests warmly, assist with menu queries, manage queues during rush hours, and ensure every guest feels acknowledged.
- Service Flow – Monitor pickup counters, oversee packaging quality, and ensure orders move from kitchen to guest efficiently.
- Problem Resolution – Handle complaints (missing item, delay, mix-up) quickly and politely, turning issues into positive experiences.
- Cash & Billing Support – Oversee cash counters when needed, ensuring billing accuracy and smooth transactions.
Shift Rhythm – Work closely with the Outlet Manager/Assistant Outlet Manager to keep staff aligned, manage breaks, and maintain energy during peak hours.
Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
