Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow ITSM Integration Specialist with 8+ years of
hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise in ServiceNow modules, integrations,
scripting, and ITIL processes, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work
independently as well as collaboratively within global teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, configure, and support ServiceNow ITSM solutions.
- Implement and enhance Incident, Problem, Change, and Request Management modules.
- Develop and maintain ServiceNow integrations using REST APIs, SOAP APIs,
- IntegrationHub, and MID Servers.
- Configure and maintain CMDB and Configuration Management processes.
- Develop custom ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts,
- Script Includes, Glide API, Flow Designer, and Workflows.
- Configure Data Imports, Transform Maps, and Scheduled Jobs.
- Perform troubleshooting, production support, root cause analysis, and issue resolution.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and offshore/onshore
- teams.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, governance, and ITIL standards.
- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and release management activities.

Educational Qualification

Preferred Certifications
Candidates with one or more of the following certifications will be preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS – ITSM)
- ITIL Foundation Certification
- Any other relevant ServiceNow certifications
Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹160,000.00 per month
