Job Summary
We are looking for a qualified, enthusiastic, and student-focused English Faculty to join our academic team. The candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging English lessons, developing students’ language and communication skills, conducting assessments, and supporting students in achieving their academic and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct effective English classes according to the institute's curriculum and learning objectives.
- Teach English grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills.
- Develop students' communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Prepare lesson plans, study materials, worksheets, assignments, and practice exercises.
- Use interactive teaching methods and practical activities to make classes engaging and effective.
- Conduct regular tests, assessments, mock examinations, and performance evaluations.
- Identify students' strengths and areas for improvement and provide appropriate guidance.
- Provide individual attention and academic support to students when required.
- Monitor student attendance, participation, progress, and overall performance.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and help them improve their language proficiency.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and additional support classes when required.
- Maintain proper academic records, assessment reports, and other required documentation.
- Participate in faculty meetings, training programs, workshops, seminars, and institute events.
- Coordinate with the academic and management teams regarding student performance and academic activities.
- Maintain discipline and a positive learning environment in the classroom.
- Stay updated with current English teaching methodologies, educational trends, and relevant subject knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of academic content and learning resources.
Required Skills
- Excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Strong knowledge of English grammar, vocabulary, comprehension, and communication skills.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English / English Literature / Education or a related field.
- Or IELTS training experience of minimum 3 years
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
