We are expanding our Ahmedabad operations and looking for a motivated HR Executive to join our team and take full ownership of HR operations and closely work with the HR Manager .
Job Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates through Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
HR Operations
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Manage attendance, leave records, and employee files.
- Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.
- Keep HR reports and trackers updated.
- Payroll & Compliance Support
- Collect attendance and payroll inputs.
- Support monthly payroll processing.
- Maintain HR compliance records and documentation.
Employee Engagement
- Support employee engagement activities and office events.
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and attendance.
- Help maintain a positive workplace culture.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 years of HR Recruitment and HR Operations experience.
- Experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, MS Excel, and HR software.
- Strong communication skills in English.
- English , Hindi and Gujarati language skills preferred ( exceptional communication skills in English)
- Experience in recruitment immigration, or education consultancy will be an advantage.
