This role requires a unique blend of operational excellence—managing multi-store retail billing, manufacturing inventory accounting, and statutory compliances—alongside strategic capability to support the CFO in budgeting, cost optimization, and IPO-readiness.
Key Responsibilities (KRAs)
1. Core Financial Accounting & Reporting
Error-Free Bookkeeping: Oversee and maintain clean, end-to-end financial accounting records across the manufacturing unit and all retail stores.
CFO & Executive Support: Provide accurate, reconciled financial data to the CFO to facilitate timely finalization of monthly closing/annual P&L statements and Balance Sheets.
Audit & CA Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for the company’s statutory and internal Auditors/CAs, ensuring seamless financial reporting support.
2. Statutory Compliances & Taxation
Taxation Management: End-to-end ownership of GST filing, reconciliation (GSTR-1, 3B, 9/9C), and TDS/TCS compliances relevant to retail and manufacturing.
Statutory Filings: Ensure 100% compliance with all applicable local and national financial regulations.
Regulatory Updates: Proactively track changing tax laws and financial regulations, implementing necessary adjustments to internal systems.
3. Systems, Billing & CRM Operations
Systems Integration: Ensure smooth functioning, data flow, and reconciliation between the multi-store CRM/POS billing systems and the core accounting software.
Revenue Assurance: Design and monitor daily cash, card, and digital payment reconciliations across all retail outlets to eliminate leakages.
Inventory Control: Oversee financial tracking of raw materials at the Noida factory and finished goods across stores.
4. Strategy, Budgeting & Cost Control
FP&A Support: Assist the CFO in formulating annual business plans, long-term budgets, and financial forecasting models.
Cost Reduction & Analysis: Conduct variance analysis (Actual vs. Budgeted spending) and scrutinize manufacturing/retail overheads to identify concrete opportunities for cost reduction.
5. IPO Readiness & Data Governance
Data Structure: Implement corporate governance standards in data management, ensuring all past and present financial records are structured, auditable, and easily retrievable.
Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with the CFO and external IPO consultants to compile, clean, and present historical financial data required for draft red herring prospectuses (DRHP) and due diligence processes.
Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
