DKTE-An Empowered Autonomous Engineering Institute (with 42+ years of excellence) is expanding and opening new office and looking for a dynamic Corporate Relations Officer (CRO) to drive impactful placement outcomes and strengthen our industry‑academia partnerships.
Location: Bangalore
Workdays: Monday to Saturday from Office with 2nd & 4th Saturday off
Work Timings: 10 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: As per market standards
Immediate to 15‑day joiners preferred
What You’ll Do:
- Engage with Bangalore/Hyderabad industry clusters for placements, internships, and collaborations across B.Tech, MBA, and MCA programs.
- Target high‑value placement opportunities and expand into global markets.
- Create inclusive strategies to support academically challenged students.
- Collect industry feedback and design skill‑development workshops & certifications.
- Reporting to the Director with monthly dashboards on placement progress.
- Manage DKTE’s corporate office operations and logistics.
- Represent DKTE at career fairs, HR forums, industry conferences, and exhibitions.
- Track and analyze placement metrics (offers, salaries, recruiter satisfaction).
- Build strong HR networks, industry associations, and government ties.
- Drive digital outreach to showcase DKTE’s talent pool.
- Experience: 5+Years. (Must have experience in Corporate Engagement & Networking)
- Qualification: MBA in HR
