Vedant Learning Center is looking for passionate and experienced Educational Counselor who can confidently connect with parents, guide students in making informed academic choices, and drive admissions through effective communication. This part-time role involves making 50-60 calls per day, engaging with potential students and parents, and ensuring a smooth counseling process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cold Calling & Lead Generation: Reach out to potential students and parents through cold calling to generate interest in the institute's courses.
- Counseling & Guidance: Provide detailed information about courses, admission procedures, and career opportunities.
- Follow-ups & Conversions: Regularly follow up with interested students and parents to ensure enrollment.
- Maintain Records: Keep an updated database of leads, enquiries, and enrollments using CRM tools or Excel sheets.
- Target Achievement: Meet weekly and monthly enrollment targets set by the management.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with students and parents to ensure a smooth admission process.
- Coordination with Teams: Work closely with the academic and marketing teams to align student expectations with course offerings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in counseling, sales, or tele-calling (freshers with good communication skills can also apply).
- Strong communication and persuasive skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.).
- Fluency in English and regional languages is an added advantage.
