The Facility Manager (Technical) is responsible for the operation, maintenance, reliability, and performance of all critical infrastructure systems within the data center. This includes power, cooling, fire protection, building management systems, and facility support systems to ensure maximum uptime, operational efficiency, and compliance with safety and industry standards.
- Manage day-to-day operations of critical facility systems.
- Ensure continuous availability of power and cooling infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain uptime targets in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Oversee operation of electrical and mechanical systems supporting the data center.
- Review electrical load capacity and future expansion requirements
- Monitor temperature and humidity within design parameters.
- Optimize cooling efficiency and energy consumption.
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Review maintenance schedules and vendor performance.
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance activities and corrective actions.
- Maintain critical spare parts inventory.

- Prepare operational and management reports.
- Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for equipment failures and outages.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
