Job Summary
Senior Project Manager role in a hybrid work model focusing on complex research and development initiatives that rely on advanced data models and modern desktop applications built with Windows Presentation Foundation. Responsibilities
Drive end to end management of large research and development projects by defining scope schedules and budgets that align with client and organizational objectives
Coordinate cross functional teams to deliver Windows Presentation Foundation based applications that meet usability performance and reliability expectations for enterprise users
Oversee creation and refinement of data models that support analytics reporting and intelligent decision making across multiple business domains

Qualifications
Possess extensive experience in managing large scale research and development programs with a strong focus on measurable innovation outcomes and structured experimentation cycles
Demonstrate hands on exposure to Windows Presentation Foundation projects including coordination of user experience requirements performance considerations and deployment planning for hybrid teams
Exhibit deep familiarity with data models including conceptual logical and physical perspectives applied to analytics reporting and operational decision workflows
Bring proven background in proposal development and management including shaping value propositions estimating effort and coordinating responses for complex client solicitations
Show significant experience in lead generation and nurturing campaigns by working closely with marketing and sales partners to convert interest into qualified demand for technology solutions
Display strong understanding of hybrid work models day shift expectations and collaboration tools needed to coordinate distributed project contributors effectively

Certifications Required
