Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Multi-Skilled Technician to join our real estate projects team. The candidate will be responsible for carrying out maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting activities related to electrical, plumbing, civil, and general building services.
Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance and repair work across residential and commercial properties.
Attend breakdown complaints and resolve issues related to electrical, plumbing, and civil works.
Conduct preventive maintenance of building equipment and utilities.
Ensure proper functioning of lighting, water supply, pumps, and other building systems.
Maintain records of maintenance activities and material usage.
Follow safety standards and company procedures at all times.
Eligibility Criteria
ITI or Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil, or related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in maintenance of residential or commercial properties.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry and civil repair works.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues independently.
Skills Required
Technical troubleshooting skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines.
Team player with a proactive approach.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
