We are a mobility solutions company bringing global engineering standards to India through our partnerships with leading OEMs such as ORONA (Spain) and SJEC. With a presence across 11+ locations, we deliver elevators, escalators, and dumbwaiters for residential, commercial, and institutional projects—where execution, safety, and reliability matter.
Role: Project Coordinator – Operations (EA to Managing Director)
Location: Gurugram
This is not a conventional coordination role.
We’re looking for someone who can bring structure to execution, ensure nothing slips, and act as an extension of the Director’s office across projects.
What you’ll do:
- Track project timelines, site progress, and daily execution
- Coordinate across teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders
- Identify delays and gaps before they become problems
- Drive follow-ups till closure — consistently
- Maintain clarity in communication, reporting, and operations
- Build and manage project schedules using Microsoft Project

- Someone who takes ownership without being asked
- Someone who doesn’t wait for instructions to act
- Someone who can handle ambiguity and still deliver clarity
- Strong follow-through — things don’t get dropped on your watch
- Ability to work across teams and hold ground when needed

- You are uncomfortable managing multiple moving pieces
