Role Summary
You will be the face of Inspiron O2 Concentrator in your assigned territory — calling on hospitals, nursing homes, pulmonologists, cardiologists, intensivists, and medical equipment dealers to drive unit sales and build lasting clinical relationships. This is a high-ownership, incentive-rich role ideal for a driven MR ready to step into the fast-growing home care and hospital respiratory market.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve monthly and quarterly Inspiron O2 Concentrator unit sales targets for the assigned territory.
- Call on pulmonologists, chest physicians, cardiologists, and general physicians to detail Inspiron O2 Concentrator's clinical benefits.
- Build relationships with medical equipment dealers, pharmacy chains, and home care providers for retail push.
- Conduct in-service demonstrations and product trials at hospitals, nursing homes, and clinics.
- Support KOL (Key Opinion Leader) visits, CME participation, and clinical education events.
- Identify and onboard new distributors in underserved geographies.
- Submit daily call reports (DCR), weekly sales summaries, and competitor activity updates to the RSM.
- Maintain a live prospect pipeline using the Helix sales funnel tracker.
- Collect patient and physician feedback to relay to the product and marketing teams.
- Ensure proper post-installation support coordination with the Service team.
Eligibility & Experience
- Education: B.Sc. / B.Pharm / D.Pharm / B.E. Biomedical or Life Sciences graduate.
- Experience: 2–5 years as a Medical Representative or Field Sales Executive in pharma, medical devices, or respiratory products.
- Domain Preference: Candidates from respiratory pharma, home care medical devices, or hospital equipment sales are strongly preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in local regional language (Kannada / Tamil / Telugu / Malayalam) and English/Hindi.
- Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving licence and be willing to travel extensively within territory.
- Familiarity with hospital formulary processes, purchase committees, and institution sales cycles is an advantage.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
