We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical IT & Data Executive to join our team in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, dashboard creation, data analysis, and Zoho applications to support business reporting, automation, and decision-making. This role requires someone who can transform data into meaningful insights while ensuring data accuracy and operational efficiency.
- Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, maintain, and enhance business dashboards and MIS reports.
- Analyze business data and generate actionable insights for management.
- Work extensively with Microsoft Excel, including:
- Advanced formulas
- Pivot Tables
- Charts & Dashboards
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Power Query
- Macros/VBA
- Collect, clean, validate, and interpret data from multiple sources.
- Automate reports and business workflows using Zoho applications such as:
- Zoho Analytics
- Zoho CRM
- Zoho Creator
- Zoho Sheet
- Zoho Flow/Automation
- Integrate and maintain data across different business systems.
- Prepare regular MIS reports, presentations, and KPI dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Applications, Statistics, Economics, or a related discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS Reporting, Dashboard Development, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and dashboard creation.
- Hands-on experience with Zoho applications, especially Zoho Analytics.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work from the Gurgaon office (In-Office role).
