- Manage manpower planning and workforce allocation as per plant requirements.
- Monitor employee attendance, shift scheduling, and leave records.
- Maintain HR records, personnel files, and administrative documents.
- Conduct daily plant visits to interact with employees and supervisors.
- Ensure smooth coordination between HR and production departments.
- Support plant operations by addressing manpower-related issues promptly.
- Prepare and maintain wage registers, overtime records, and attendance reports.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company policies.
- Assist in internal and external audits by maintaining required records.
- Coordinate pest control activities and maintain hygiene-related documentation.
- Promote employee discipline, workplace safety, and a positive work environment.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
