We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Property Consultant to join our Real Estate Channel Partner team. The candidate will be responsible for generating and managing property leads, understanding customer requirements, arranging property visits, and maintaining strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle leads generated through telecalling and company marketing activities.
- Generate new leads through personal networking, references, and market outreach.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable residential and commercial properties.
- Arrange and conduct property site visits for customers.
- Explain project details, amenities, pricing, payment plans, and investment opportunities.
- Coordinate with builders, developers, and clients for smooth communication and deal closure.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with customers throughout the buying process.
- Build long-term customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
- Update client records, site visit reports, and follow-up status in the system.
- Stay updated on ongoing and upcoming real estate projects in Ahmedabad.
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of the Ahmedabad real estate market will be an advantage.
Qualification:
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate.
- 1–5 years of experience in Real Estate Sales, Property Consulting, Channel Partner Sales, or Field Sales.
