Primary Responsibilities –Survey & CAPI Data Collection
- Conduct need & Impact assessment surveys across the states
- Use CAPI tools (In house tool) for data collection
- Capture GPS coordinates and respondent photographs
- Ensure daily data syncing and backup
- Maintain high data accuracy and confidentiality
- Conduct revisits / QC if data quality issues arise
- Manage & coordinate with interns at centre
Reporting & Compliance
- Maintain weekly field plans, visit logs, and work schedules.
- Submit daily updates, survey-wise progress reports to the R& I team.
- Report field challenges, data issues, and operational risks promptly.
- Support audits, donor visits, and monitoring activities as required.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred (Social Work / Sociology / Rural Development / any discipline)
Key Knowledge
- Technical Skills Mandatory experience with CAPI tools and working knowledge of computer software like MS-Excel, MS-Word
Mobility Requirement
- Willing to travel extensively across the states.
