Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to lead our Service Vertical as the Service Head. This senior role is integral to ensuring the successful deployment of after- sales services and driving business opportunities within this arena.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead and manage the after-sales service operations, including warranty services, maintenance contracts, and equipment reconditioning.
· Develop and implement strategic plans for service operations, focusing on efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
· Deploy and allocate manpower effectively, ensuring the right skill sets are available at various sites.
· Oversee and mentor a diverse team of service engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service offerings and business development efforts.
· Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
· Manage budgets and closely monitor service performance metrics.
· Engage directly with clients to address service needs, feedback, and build long-term relationships.
Qualifications Experience:
- Bachelor is degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Advanced degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 15 years of hands-on experience in maintenance activities of similar sophisticated equipment.
- Comprehensive expertise in mechanical, electrical, electronics, hydraulics, pneumatic systems, including PLC maintenance.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
