Prospective Designs is looking for a sincere, responsible, and disciplined Office Housekeeping Boy to maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and the overall upkeep of the office premises. The candidate will also assist with pantry services, office support activities, and basic administrative tasks to ensure a clean, organized, and professional workplace.
Key Responsibilities
1. Housekeeping & Cleaning
- Clean and maintain office floors, cabins, meeting rooms, reception area, pantry, washrooms, and common areas.
- Dust furniture, workstations, shelves, windows, and office equipment regularly.
- Ensure washrooms remain clean and stocked with required supplies.
- Empty dustbins and dispose of waste properly.
- Maintain overall office hygiene throughout the day.
2. Pantry Management
- Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, clients, and visitors.
- Maintain cleanliness of the pantry area.
- Ensure adequate stock of pantry items such as tea, coffee, sugar, milk, drinking water, disposable cups, tissues, etc.
- Inform the administration team about low stock of pantry supplies.
3. Office Assistance
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Handle photocopying, document filing, courier dispatch, and document collection as required.
- Assist in shifting office materials and arranging furniture whenever required.
- Support the administration team in day-to-day office operations.
4. Inventory & Maintenance
- Monitor housekeeping materials and cleaning supplies.
- Report any damaged furniture, electrical items, plumbing issues, or maintenance requirements immediately.
- Ensure office assets are handled carefully and maintained properly.
5. Visitor Assistance
- Welcome visitors politely and guide them to the reception or meeting area.
- Offer refreshments to guests whenever required.
- Maintain a professional and courteous attitude with clients and visitors.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum qualification: 10th Pass (Preferred).
- Prior experience in office housekeeping is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of performing housekeeping duties.
- Honest, punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.
- Basic communication skills in Hindi (basic English is an added advantage).
Working Hours
- As per company working hours 08:00AM to 06:00PM.
- Flexibility to work overtime whenever required.

- Follow all instructions issued by the management and administration team.
