We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Waterproofing Expert / Site Manager who can independently handle end-to-end site operations and manage office-related coordination. The ideal candidate should have deep technical knowledge of waterproofing and strong leadership skills.
- Key Responsibilities
- :Site Management: Full supervision of waterproofing projects from start to finish.
- Team Leadership: Managing on-site labor, specialized applicators, and junior staff.
- Quality Control: Ensuring the highest standards of waterproofing work as per technical specifications.
- Office Coordination: Handling site reports, material requirements, and communicating with the office team.
- Problem Solving: Identifying leakages, suggesting technical solutions, and executing them effectively.
- Client Interaction: Briefing clients on progress and ensuring project deadlines are met.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
