Position: Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, creative, and result-oriented Marketing Executive to lead initiatives that increase school walk-ins, drive admissions, strengthen our brand presence, and build lasting relationships with the community.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute marketing campaigns to increase school walk-ins and student admissions.
Generate, nurture, and manage admission leads through both online and offline channels.
Plan and oversee social media, content creation, and digital marketing initiatives.
Build and maintain relationships with local media, community groups, influencers, and partner organizations to enhance the school's visibility and public image.
Organize admission drives, school events, campus visits, and promotional activities within the city and surrounding areas.
Coordinate the development of branding materials, brochures, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
Monitor marketing performance, track lead conversions, and recommend strategies for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in marketing, admissions, or educational marketing.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Hands-on experience in social media marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution.
Self-driven, creative, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
Preferred
Prior experience in the school or education sector.
Working knowledge of digital advertising platforms and performance marketing.
