We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Associate (Accountant – Operations) to join our growing team. This role is ideal for candidates who are eager to learn business operations, accounting processes, customer coordination, and administrative management in a fast-paced trading environment.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Prior experience is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle day-to-day accounting and operational activities
- Prepare invoices, maintain purchase/sales records, and support billing processes
- Assist in accounts receivable/payable tracking and reconciliations
- Coordinate with customers, suppliers, transporters, and internal teams
- Maintain stock, order, and operational records accurately
- Support office administration and documentation processes
- Assist management in business coordination and reporting
- Ensure smooth execution of daily office and operational workflows
Preferred Skills
- Basic knowledge of accounting, commerce, or office administration
- Familiarity with MS Excel, Tally software is preferred (training can be provided)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a team environment
Eligibility
- B.Com / M.Com / BBA / MBA / Any Commerce or Business-related degree preferred
- Candidates with or without experience may apply

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
