Job Summary
We are seeking a disciplined and responsible Security Supervisor to manage security operations and supervise security personnel. Ex-servicemen are strongly preferred due to their experience in maintaining safety, discipline, and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate security guards on duty
- Prepare duty rosters and maintain attendance records
- Monitor security procedures and ensure compliance
- Conduct regular patrols and security inspections
- Report incidents and prepare daily security reports
- Handle emergency situations and coordinate responses
- Ensure proper visitor and vehicle management
Requirements
- Ex-servicemen preferred
- Previous experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role
- Good leadership and team management skills
- Ability to maintain records and prepare reports
- Physically fit and able to work flexible shifts
- Minimum education: 10th/12th Pass preferred
