The After Sales & Customer Support Executive is responsible for supporting students after their accommodation booking has been confirmed. This role ensures students receive a smooth, positive experience from booking through to arrival, reducing the operational burden on the sales team and improving overall customer satisfaction and retention.
Key Responsibilities
Post-Booking Student Support
- Act as the primary point of contact for students following a confirmed booking
- Handle student queries related to their accommodation, move-in process, tenancy details, and documentation
- Proactively communicate key information and deadlines to students before their arrival
- Resolve issues and complaints promptly, escalating where necessary
Operational Coordination
- Support interview coordination for accommodation providers or university processes where required
- Assist with CV sorting and document preparation for student applications
- Support rota management and scheduling tasks as directed by the Acting Head of India
Escalation & Issue Resolution
- Identify recurring student issues and flag patterns to the Acting Head of India
- Liaise with the UK team and accommodation providers to resolve complex cases
- Maintain accurate records of all post-booking interactions in the CRM
Reporting
- Provide regular updates on support case volumes, resolution times, and student satisfaction
- Flag any operational or property issues that may affect future student experience
