Job Summary
We are hiring dynamic and confident International Outbound B2B Telesales Callers for our international sales process. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with international business clients, generating leads, pitching company services, and closing sales over calls.
Candidates must possess excellent English communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to international business clients.
- Introduce and explain company products/services professionally.
- Generate leads and identify potential business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Follow up with prospective customers via calls and emails.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales updates.
- Handle objections professionally and convert leads into sales.
- Coordinate with team leaders and managers for sales strategies.
Required Skills

- Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
- Basic computer knowledge.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary / Graduate.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills can apply.
- Prior experience in International BPO or Sales process is an added advantage.
