Look for someone with:
- Identify and approach colleges, universities, institutes, and student communities for Forex trading training programs.
- Contact college management, placement cells, training departments, faculty coordinators, and finance/trading clubs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with colleges and educational institutions.
- Arrange college seminars, workshops, presentations, and Forex awareness sessions.
- Present and explain the company's Forex Trading Courses, curriculum, benefits, duration, and fee structure.
- Generate and manage leads from colleges, students, working professionals, referrals, social media, and other sources.
- Conduct outbound calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, meetings, and one-to-one consultations with interested prospects.
- Understand each prospect's interest, requirements, experience level, and learning objectives.
- Convert qualified leads into paid course enrollments.
- Handle customer objections related to course fees, Forex trading risks, course value, learning outcomes, and competition.
- Follow up consistently with prospects until the final enrollment and payment closure.
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop new channels for student acquisition through college partnerships, workshops, referrals, events, and networking.
- Coordinate with the training/operations team to ensure a smooth transition from sales to student onboarding.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, calls, meetings, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue in CRM/Excel.
- Prepare regular sales activity and performance reports for management.
- Monitor market trends, competitor courses, pricing, and student demand to improve sales strategies.
- Participate in education fairs, career events, financial awareness programs, and trading-related events.
- Build a strong pipeline of individual and institutional prospects.
- Ensure all sales communication is professional, transparent, and free from guaranteed-profit or misleading trading claims.
- Continuously improve knowledge of Forex, Gold/XAUUSD, currency pairs, trading basics, and the company's course offerings.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
