About the Role We are seeking a senior development professional to lead the design, architecture, and implementation of advanced applications and data-driven solutions. The role involves working independently on end-to-end data acquisition, transformation, and governance, including infra setup in Big Data. Success in this role requires delivering scalable, innovative solutions to complex business problems.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable applications, including AI/ML systems, using Python and data libraries like NumPy and Pandas.
- Design and deploy machine learning systems across training, inference, and monitoring.
- Work with cross-functional teams, including UX/UI designers, AbInitio & Spark Scala developers, to integrate/migrate different application components and deliver features.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and specifications for software applications.
- Write clean, well-crafted, and maintainable Python code for server-side logic and backend features.
- Troubleshoot complex software issues and propose innovative solutions using excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Lead technical initiatives and mentor teams, driving end-to-end development efforts and influencing architecture decisions.
- Collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise standards and strategic objectives.
Requirements
- Proven, extensive experience (6+ to 10 Years) as a Python Lead Developer, with a portfolio of successful projects.
- In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, FastAPI, or others depending on the specialization.
- Experience with RESTful APIs, web services, and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Strong proficiency with databases, including both SQL (e.g., Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB), along with an understanding of schema design.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong expertise in Python and data libraries (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
- Proven experience with LLMs and GenAI frameworks and their practical application in enterprise solutions.
