Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated Business Analyst who can support both client acquisition and requirement analysis. The candidate will interact with potential clients, understand their business needs, and coordinate with the technical team to convert those requirements into clear project documentation and solutions.
This role is ideal for candidates who have strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and interest in IT services and client handling.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify potential clients through LinkedIn, bidding portals, and other lead generation platforms.
- Communicate with clients to understand business requirements and project needs.
- Analyze client requirements and prepare basic documentation such as BRD, SRS, or requirement summaries.
- Work closely with the development and design teams to ensure proper understanding of project scope.
- Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and project estimates.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities.
- Maintain lead records, client communication, and follow-ups.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Basic understanding of IT services, software development, and web technologies.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with MS Office / Google Docs for documentation.
- Ability to handle both client communication and requirement analysis.
Qualification
- B.Tech in ( Mechanical, Electrical, and Chemical ) BSc Maths, BBA and MBA (Business/IT) or related field
- Freshers or candidates with 0–6 months experience can apply.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
