Key Responsibilities:
- Promote astrology consultation services through calls, messages, and online platforms.
- Handle incoming and outgoing calls to explain astrology plans and offers to potential customers.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested clients, and convert inquiries into confirmed consultations.
- Maintain client relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with astrologers and the operations team to schedule consultations.
- Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/software.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months to 1 year of experience in sales or telecalling (Astrology domain preferred).
- Basic understanding or interest in astrology and spiritual services.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Positive attitude, good listening skills, and a client-focused approach.
