Job Description
We are looking for an experienced MODMED Trainer to provide end-user training and support for healthcare professionals on the MODMED (Modernizing Medicine) EMR/EHR platform.
Responsibilities
Conduct training sessions for end users on MODMED applications and workflows
Provide hands-on training for physicians, nurses, and clinic staff
Create and share training materials, user guides, and documentation
Support system navigation, scheduling, charting, and clinical workflows
Assist users with queries and troubleshooting during training sessions
Coordinate with project and implementation teams for smooth training delivery
Ensure users understand best practices and system functionalities
Requirements
Experience working with MODMED / Modernizing Medicine EMR
Prior experience as a trainer or healthcare application support specialist
Good understanding of clinical workflows and healthcare operations
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to train users with different technical skill levels
Immediate availability preferred
Preferred Skills
Experience in EMR/EHR implementation projects
Knowledge of healthcare compliance and documentation processes
Ability to handle live user support during go-live/training phase
Pay: ₹9,440.79 - ₹39,673.05 per month
