We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Immigration Consultant / Counsellor to guide clients through immigration and study abroad processes. The candidate will be responsible for counselling clients, understanding their requirements, suggesting suitable immigration pathways, and ensuring excellent client service throughout the process.
Key Responsibilities
- Counsel clients regarding immigration, study abroad, PR, visitor visa, work permit, and related services.
- Understand client profiles and recommend suitable programs and countries based on eligibility.
- Handle inquiries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and social media platforms.
- Provide accurate information regarding visa documentation, procedures, timelines, and requirements.
- Follow up with prospective clients and maintain regular communication.
- Achieve monthly sales and counselling targets assigned by the management.
- Maintain and update client records in the CRM/system.
- Coordinate with the documentation and processing team for smooth application handling.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through professional communication.
- Stay updated with immigration policies, visa rules, and market trends.
- Participate in promotional activities, seminars, and counselling sessions when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling abilities.
- Ability to handle sales targets and client pressure professionally.
- Basic knowledge of immigration and visa processes preferred.
- Good command over English, Hindi, and regional language communication.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software is an added advantage.
- Positive attitude, teamwork, and professional ethics.
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any field.
- Prior experience in immigration, overseas education, sales, or counselling will be preferred.
Experience
- Fresher or experienced candidates can apply with BBA /MBA.
- Experience in immigration consultancy or counselling will be an added advantage.
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
