Job Title: Academic Counselor
Experience: 1–8 years in Sales / Counseling / Academic Advising
Location: Mumbai
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel students & parents via calls, meetings, and online sessions.
- Understand career goals and recommend appropriate programs.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly enrollment/sales targets Manage and track leads through CRM tools.
- Follow up with warm/cold leads to maximize conversions.
- (Senior Levels) Mentor juniors, contribute to training & strategy.
