We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Spoken English Trainer to help school students (K–10) develop confident and fluent communication skills. The role focuses on creating an engaging, English-speaking environment that encourages participation and minimizes native language dependency.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct interactive speaking activities such as role-plays, group discussions, debates, storytelling, and presentations.
- Teach pronunciation techniques including phonetics, stress, intonation, and articulation.
- Develop creative lesson plans focused on conversation, vocabulary, and practical language use.
- Assess student speaking skills through interviews and recorded exercises.
- Provide constructive feedback and continuous improvement guidance.
- Maintain an “English-only” classroom environment with supportive correction methods.
- Offer one-on-one coaching to build confidence and reduce hesitation in speaking.
Required Skills & Qualities
- Strong fluency in spoken English with clear pronunciation.
- Ability to engage and motivate school students, including shy learners.
- Creative teaching approach with interactive methods.
- Good classroom management skills.
- Patience, empathy, and passion for teaching.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field.
- TEFL / TESOL / CELTA certification (preferred).
