We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential day-to-day clerical and administrative support to optimize workflow and contribute to the overall efficiency of our department.

Key Responsibilities
- Calendar & Schedule Management: Coordinate and maintain calendars for department managers, schedule meetings, and send timely reminders.
- Front-Desk & Communication Support: Greet guests, answer and route incoming phone calls, and respond to general email inquiries professionally.
- Documentation & Data Entry: Prepare, format, and edit memos, invoices, reports, and financial statements. Maintain accurate data entry in company databases.
- Filing & Organization: Organize and maintain secure digital and physical filing systems, ensuring information is easily retrievable.
- Meeting Logistics: Prepare meeting rooms, compile agendas, take detailed minutes, and distribute them to stakeholders.
- Mail & Deliveries: Sort and distribute incoming mail, packages, and couriers, and handle outgoing shipments.
- Errands & Support: Run occasional office errands and provide ad-hoc administrative support on special projects as needed.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
