Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and resourceful Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to a senior executive. This role combines professional administrative support with personal and household management responsibilities, ensuring the executive’s work and personal life operate smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Professional Support
- Calendar Management: Organize and maintain the executive's schedule; arrange meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries.
- Communication: Handle emails, calls, and other correspondence; act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.
- Administrative Assistance: Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting documents; manage digital and physical filing systems.
- Project Coordination: Track and support various work-related projects to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate meetings, off sites, and corporate events.
- Travel Arrangements: Book flights, hotels, transport; prepare detailed travel itineraries.
- Expense & Financial Assistance: Process reimbursements, track expenses, and coordinate with accounts for invoice payments.
- Client and Stakeholder Relations: Communicate professionally on behalf of the executive, fostering positive relationships.
Personal & Household Management
- Household Coordination: Oversee domestic staff, manage household maintenance, appointments, and vendor coordination.
- Personal Errands: Assist with shopping, bookings, reservations, and other personal tasks.
- Family Scheduling: Support with coordinating family appointments, travel, or special occasions.
- Home Event Planning: Organize private gatherings, family functions, or hosting events at home.
- Property & Asset Oversight: Monitor upkeep of residential property, vehicles, and other personal assets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Experience in handling the requirements of High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNWIs) with a high degree of confidentiality and service excellence.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, calendar tools, and travel apps
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Pay: ₹75,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
