We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts & Office Assistant to join our growing team at Coastline Marine Solutions. Freshers are encouraged to apply, and training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and issue sales invoices and quotations.
- Record purchase bills, expenses, and daily accounting transactions.
- Maintain bookkeeping records using Zoho Books.
- Organize and maintain invoices, purchase bills, and other office documents.
- Coordinate with suppliers, courier services, and customers regarding orders and deliveries.
- Handle general office administration and day-to-day operational tasks.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the smooth functioning of the business.
Requirements
- B.Com graduates are preferred; candidates from other educational backgrounds are also welcome to apply.
- Freshers can apply.
- Required basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate in English. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
- Willingness to learn, take responsibility, and work as part of a team.
- Knowledge of Zoho Books or any accounting software is an added advantage, but not mandatory.
