*Job Summary :*
We are looking for two Customer Care Executives to join our E-commerce team immediately. The selected candidates will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing incoming calls, and assisting customers with warranty registration.
*Key Responsibilities :*
* Handle incoming customer calls for the E-commerce division.
* Assist customers with product-related queries and warranty registration.
* Make outbound calls to customers regarding warranty registration.
* Maintain accurate customer records and ensure timely follow-ups.
* Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
*Qualifications :*
* Proficiency in spoken **Hindi and English** is mandatory.
* Previous customer care or call center experience is an added advantage.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic computer knowledge and customer service orientation.
* *Salary:* ₹14,000–₹15,000 per month
* *Performance Incentives:* ₹4,000–₹5,000 per month
