Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to handle the day-to-day maintenance, repair, troubleshooting, and upkeep of our restaurant/outlet facilities and equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth functioning of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and other maintenance systems.
ITI Certification and a valid PWD License are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out preventive and breakdown maintenance of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, kitchen equipment, and other facility systems.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, wiring, switches, sockets, lighting, MCBs, and related equipment.
- Attend to plumbing issues including water leakage, drainage, taps, pipes, pumps, and sanitary fittings.
- Conduct regular inspection of equipment and identify potential maintenance issues.
- Handle basic maintenance and troubleshooting of AC/HVAC systems and coordinate with external technicians when required.
- Support maintenance of kitchen equipment such as refrigerators, freezers, exhaust systems, dishwashers, ovens, and other restaurant equipment.
- Ensure timely closure of maintenance complaints and breakdown calls.
- Maintain records of preventive maintenance, breakdowns, repairs, and spare parts used.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers for specialized repairs and AMC-related work.
- Follow all safety procedures, electrical safety standards, and company maintenance SOPs.
- Ensure the outlet premises, equipment, and facilities are maintained in safe and working condition.
- Support emergency maintenance requirements during operational hours.

Eligibility & Mandatory Requirements
- ITI Certification is mandatory.
- Valid PWD License is mandatory.
- 2–5 years of experience in maintenance, engineering, facility maintenance, hospitality, restaurants, hotels, commercial buildings, or similar industries.
- ITI qualification in Electrical / Mechanical / Fitter / relevant trade preferred.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and respond quickly to maintenance requirements.
- Willingness to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays as per business requirements.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience as Maintenance Technician, Electrical Technician, Engineering Technician, Facility Technician, Maintenance Engineer, Electrician, Hotel Maintenance Technician, Restaurant Maintenance Technician, or Facility Maintenance Technician will be preferred.
