Job Purpose:
To manage the complete admission lifecycle by generating, nurturing, and converting enquiries into admissions while delivering excellent parent experience and achieving monthly admission targets.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Conversion ratio (Enquiry → Admission)
- Monthly admission target achievement
- Lead response time
- Number of walk-ins generated
Qualifications:
- Graduate / Post Graduate (Any field) Marketing / Sales (Preferred)
Experience:
- 0–1 years in admissions / sales / counselling / customer handling
- Experience in education sector preferred
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication (English + local language)
- Convincing & negotiation skills
- Strong follow-up and closing ability
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
- Presentable personality
Working Conditions:
- 6 days working (including weekends during admission season)
- Flexible hours during peak admission period
Pay: Up to ₹27,000.00 per month
