We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales Manager to join our growing team at Finvasia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing and mentoring the sales team, achieving business targets, and expanding the customer base.
The incumbent will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies, leading a team of sales professionals, monitoring individual and team performance, generating new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role will also involve setting and tracking sales targets, identifying market opportunities, ensuring high-quality customer engagement, and driving overall revenue growth for the business.
Key Responsibilities:

Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales.

Must have prior experience in managing and leading a sales team.

Should have strong understanding of technology and CRM tools.

Good communication, leadership, team-handling and target-oriented approach.

Experience in the financial services/stock broking industry would be preferred.
