MedPlus Pharmacy is hiring a Business Development Executive in Coimbatore to grow our franchise network. You will visit independent retail pharmacies, understand their challenges, and show them how partnering with MedPlus gives them quality infrastructure, quality products, and quality profit.
Key responsibilities
- Visit and approach retail pharmacies across Coimbatore
- Pitch the MedPlus franchise model and its benefits
- Guide interested pharmacy owners through the onboarding process
- Meet monthly conversion targets and report to your manager
Compensation and benefits
- Travel allowance: 3.25 per km
- PF and ESI provided
Requirements
- Any degree; field sales or pharma experience preferred
- Good communication in Tamil and English
- Two-wheeler with valid driving licence required
- Knowledge of Coimbatore local area

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
