Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily site activities and ensure smooth workflow.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, labor, and internal teams.
- Monitor work progress and update reporting tools or logs regularly.
- Facilitate material delivery and inventory management on-site.
- Resolve issues or escalate them to the relevant authorities or departments.
- Attend regular project meetings and report updates.
- Maintain cleanliness, discipline, and safety on-site.
- Ensure that tools and equipment are used properly and maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering / Project Management / related field.
- Proven experience (1–5 years) in a site coordination or supervisory role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling software.
- Basic knowledge of safety regulations and labor management.
