We are looking for dynamic professionals to help sellers optimize their accounts and scale their business.
As a Seller Growth Specialist, you will act as a consultant for sellers, helping them improve performance, resolve queries, and manage their e-commerce accounts effectively.
Account Management: Assist sellers in growing their online business.
Performance Tracking: Coordinate with sellers to improve their metrics.
Query Resolution: Provide professional solutions to seller concerns.
Relationship Management: Ensure clear and effective communication.
- Eligibility Criteria
- Education: Graduation is Mandatory.
- Languages: Excellent communication in English & Hindi, English & Tamil/Kannada/Telugu
- Experience: Prior experience in BPO or E-commerce is a plus! Minimum 1 year
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
