Move My Stuff is a Melbourne-based removal and delivery company offering residential and commercial relocations across metropolitan areas. The Services include house and apartment moves, office relocations, furniture deliveries for furniture brands(From the Brands warehouse to the end customer) storage solutions, and 3PL support for businesses.
Air Move is a growing on-demand moving and delivery platform serving key Australian markets, including Melbourne and Perth. It operates under Move My Stuff, an established Melbourne-based removals company with a strong presence in the Australian moving industry. This role will primarily support Air Move operations, with occasional involvement in selected operational activities for Move My Stuff as business needs require.
Role Purpose
The Operations Executive will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day logistics coordination, customer communication, and issue resolution across Air Move’s & Move my Stuff's operations. The role requires someone who can work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple live jobs at once, and ensure service levels are maintained through strong communication and operational discipline. Because the operational base is in Melbourne and services extend to Perth, prior understanding of Australian logistics routing, especially in Melbourne and Perth, is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily operations for deliveries, moving jobs, dispatch schedules, and service execution across assigned locations.simplyhired.co+1
- Plan and optimize routes using GPS, routing tools, live tracking inputs, and operational priorities to improve turnaround time and service reliability.airmove.com
- Communicate with drivers in real time regarding job allocation, delays, route changes, escalations, and delivery completion updates.airmove.com
- Handle customer communication across booking updates, service confirmations, delays, issue resolution, and post-service follow-up.simplyhired.co+1
- Monitor job progress and ensure all pickups, deliveries, and relocation tasks are completed within service standards and timelines.simplyhired.co+1
- Work closely with internal teams including dispatch, customer support, and field operations to resolve day-to-day service issues quickly.simplyhired.co
- Track operational exceptions such as missed time slots, reschedules, routing issues, driver absenteeism, and customer complaints, then drive resolution.simplyhired.co
- Maintain accurate records in operational systems, dashboards, CRMs, or dispatch tools for job status, service quality, and reporting.simplyhired.co
- Identify opportunities to improve dispatch efficiency, route utilization, customer experience, and operational processes.
Must-Have Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in logistics operations, dispatch, delivery coordination, or transport operations.
- Mandatory experience in the logistics industry.
- Logistics coordination.

- Driver communication and field coordination.
- Customer communication and issue handling.

Pay: Up to ₹45,000.00 per month
