Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Laravel Developer role based in Patna. The Laravel Developer will design, develop, and maintain secure and scalable back-end applications and APIs using Laravel and related PHP technologies. Responsibilities include implementing new features, optimizing existing code, integrating third-party services, and ensuring high performance and reliability across web applications. The role involves collaborating with front-end developers, designers, and product teams to deliver seamless user experiences and business logic. The developer will also participate in code reviews, write technical documentation, troubleshoot production issues, and contribute to continuous improvement of development processes and best practices.
Qualifications
Minimum experience required for 2 years
Strong back-end web development skills, including Laravel framework experience and API development.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
Experience collaborating with front-end development teams and familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks.
Proficiency in general software development practices, including version control (Git), testing, and debugging.
Programming expertise in PHP and familiarity with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
Knowledge of RESTful services, authentication/authorization mechanisms, and application security best practices.
Ability to analyze requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver clean, maintainable code.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience working in an agile or iterative development environment; prior work on production-grade systems is an advantage.
Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset to work closely with cross-functional teams on-site in Patna.
