Job summary
The Sales Team Leader is responsible for managing the admissions sales team, increasing student enrollments, achieving revenue targets, monitoring counselling performance, and ensuring proper follow-up with parents and students. The role includes team handling, lead management, demo conversions, and daily sales tracking.
Key Responsibilities
1. Team Management
Lead and supervise counsellors, BDAs, telecallers, and admission executives
Assign daily targets and monitor performance
Conduct daily briefing and review meetings
Maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity of the sales team
Train team members on counselling and closing techniques
2. Admission & Revenue Targets
Achieve monthly admission targets
Ensure maximum conversion from enquiry to admission
Monitor daily demos, counselling sessions, and closures
Push for advance fee collection and registration conversions
Ensure proper follow-up on pending admissions
3. Lead Management
Distribute fresh leads properly among team members
Track all enquiries from calls, walk-ins, campaigns, and digital marketing
Ensure quick response time to all leads
Maintain lead database and CRM updates
4. Parent Counselling & Closing
Handle difficult parents and high-value counselling cases
Support team in closing admissions
Explain fee structure, scholarship offers, and batch details professionally
Build trust and confidence with parents
5. Performance Monitoring
Prepare daily and weekly sales reports
Monitor demo attendance and conversion ratio
Analyze weak areas and improve team productivity
Track individual employee KPIs
6. Coordination
Coordinate with academic and operations team for smooth onboarding
Ensure proper student documentation and fee process
Support marketing campaigns and admission drives
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
