- Travel with the Director for domestic and international assignments as required
- Arrange end-to-end travel logistics including flights, hotels, ground transport, and visa documentation
- Prepare detailed travel itineraries and manage in-transit scheduling
- Handle last-minute travel changes or rescheduling efficiently
- Manage the Director's daily and monthly calendar across meetings and appointments
- Schedule, confirm, and reschedule engagements proactively; send timely reminders and briefing notes
- Screen and respond to calls, emails, and messages on behalf of the Director
- Draft professional correspondence, memos, and internal communications as directed
- Liaise with internal departments and external stakeholders on the Director's behalf
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences, and corporate events end-to-end
- Prepare agendas, presentations, and meeting minutes; distribute action points and follow up on pending items
- Handle and maintain the Director's personal and professional documents securely
- Manage passport, visa, insurance, memberships, and other sensitive records; ensure timely renewals
- Maintain a confidential filing system — both digital and physical
- Manage expense reports, reimbursements, and petty cash; coordinate with accounts for payment processing
- Track subscriptions, memberships, and recurring financial commitments
- Handle personal errands, bookings, reservations, gifting, and household coordination as needed
- Maintain complete confidentiality on all personal and professional matters
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
