We are looking for Helpdesk executive for Chandigarh location.
PFB JD:-
- Receive, log, and track IT support calls, emails, and service requests.
- Create and manage tickets in the iCSMS tool.
- Assign calls to respective engineers depending upon location and skills.
- Monitor ticket progress and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Escalate critical issues according to defined escalation procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of incidents, requests, and resolutions.
- Communicate updates and resolution status to end users.
- Coordinate with Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 support teams.
- Generate daily, weekly, and monthly service reports as per requirement.
- Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Required Qualifications and skills.
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in related field.
- 1 year of experience in related roles.
- Basic understanding of IT infrastructure, hardware, software, and networking concepts.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
